House Rules

​

 RULES:-

  • Entry to the villa will be allowed only after verifying and taking a copy/photo of Government ID card & mobile number of ALL GUESTS. All guests have to make an entry in register of guests.

  • We can provide mattresses for DRIVERS and that will be charged separately @ INR 750/- per night, per driver. 

  • Playing Holi with colour of any type or kind and/or with or without water is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

  • Hot water is available from electric Geyser. Please switch-off the Geyser after use.

  • TV viewing is available in the living room only. Basic Hindi and English Entertainment, Sports and NEWS channels are available.

  • Pets: Guests are allowed to bring their pets, but need to make their own arrangement for their food and other needs. Ensure that the pets don’t litter around and don’t damage the property.

  • Please switch off electrical appliances and gas stove when not being used.

  • All bedrooms along with the bathrooms and the living room have diesel generator-based power backup for basic lights and fans.

  • Any damage caused to property, furniture & fitting, appliances, cutlery etc. will be recovered from guests. 

  • Your safety while using pool is your own responsibility. Strictly NO DIVING in the pool. Do not consume alcoholic drinks before and while using the pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Infants are not allowed to be carried in the pool. Drinks and Food is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED near or inside the pool. 

  • Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 

  • Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 

  • Please keep the garden area clean and do not touch or pluck flowers and fruits. 

  • Please do not litter - use dustbins kept in all bedrooms and garden area.

  • First aid box is available with the caretaker. • Caretaker will be available to address your specific needs all through your stay

  • Entry in kitchen room is restricted and guests are not allowed inside the kitchen area.

  • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

  • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

  • Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.

  • Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

 

 

Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

FOOD
All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost per person, per day.

ADD-ON SERVICES
Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost.
Barbecue can be arranged at extra cost

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen.

 

COMMON AMENITIES:

- Torch 
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent 
- Games 
- Secured parking space for 4 cars

PARKING SPACE:

Open parking for 4 cars is available inside the compound.

If more than, park your cars on private approach lane outside and parallel to the boundary wall of the bungalow.


BEDROOMS: 
- There are 6 bedrooms

- 2 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor. 
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- One room has attached balcony.
- All bedrooms have King size and single beds. Extra moveable beds are available

BATHROOMS: 
- There are 8 bathrooms - all attached. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.

KITCHEN: 
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 50 guests.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
